This 4 hour course is designed for those who are at beginner level for ages 16 years and up.

During the 4 hour introductory course, Andi will cover the following topics:
Coffee Styles: All the latest trends explained and presented, with practice time.
Grinder: Adjustments, dosing, and tamping. How what you do, affects the espresso shot.
Espresso extraction: Learn all the visual clues in getting the best shot. Guidance and practice.
Milk texturising: Latest tips for silky milk and latte art.
Cleaning and Maintenance. Best practice to suit cafe espresso machines and grinders.
You will receive a certificate of course completion at the end as well as a barista manual to take home for your reference.
We limit our classes to a minimum of 3 and maximum of 4 to allow for as much one on one time as possible.
